KISCAL can provide oversight for development of technologies, including acquisition and technical support for the deployment and fielding of new equipment and life cycle support. Our staff has performed evaluation of existing equipment to produce informed recommendations on adequacy, training and deployment issues. We can fill liaison functions between OEM's and the government.

Training Development and Delivery:

We provide a full range of services from needs assessment and task analysis to materials development and train-the-trainer. We perform both course updates and original development, specializing in custom training development based on the client's mission, workflow, and needs.

 

We have developed both soft skills and equipment training ranging from hi-tech x-ray inspection systems to backhoe excavation techniques.

 

Training method is determined based on content, course objectives and client preferences. These include instructor-led, video-based, CD-based, and web-based (e-learning).

Helpdesk and Staff Support Services:

We are currently providing on-site Tier 1 IT support for software, hardware, and networking issues. We can also provide staffing for your administrative and other support functions.

Technical and Creative Writing:

On the "Technical" side, we provide writing and editorial support for updating and creating technical manuals, internal documentation, circulars, and procedures. Our "Creative" side provides support to client newsletters, internal publications, and web content.

Multimedia Development:

Video Production Services: scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, directing, producing, editing, narration, music, duplication and distribution.

 

CD-ROM Development Services: fully interactive PDF knowledge bases and manuals, CDbased web sites, interactive training, and auto playing presentations.

 

Interactive Training Development: computer-based interactive training courses utilizing Macromedia Authorware and Flash products.

 

Web Development: Web page design, hosting, data hosting, media hosting, internet publishing, and community hosting.
